Our vision is to see college campuses & cities transformed by the reality of the Gospel - the Good News of Jesus. But what does this mean for us as leaders? What does this mean for our hearts and spiritual formation? What does this mean for the teams and communities we are called to lead?

The Gospel not only saves us but it invites us into the work of sanctification by the Holy Spirit. Shaping and molding us into the likeness of Christ — making us leaders and communities of goodness. 

At this years retreat we’re excited to lean in and learn together what is looks like to become spiritually healthy leaders and how we can cultivate spiritually healthy communities. We are also excited to be sharing some practices we, as a movement family, will be adopting to nurture gospel goodness and Christlikeness in our lives, families, and communities.
